For information, not diagnosis
The information on this website — descriptions of treatments, blog articles, FAQ answers, before/after illustrations and process explanations — is for general educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for a clinical examination, diagnosis or treatment plan from a qualified medical professional.
Do not rely on website content to diagnose your hair-loss condition, choose your treatment, or decide whether a procedure is right for you. Please book a consultation at the clinic so we can assess your scalp, hair type, medical history and goals in person.
Results vary
- Every patient's hair, scalp, age, lifestyle and post-treatment care are different. Two patients undergoing the same procedure can have meaningfully different outcomes.
- Photographs, statistics and testimonials shown on this site or at the clinic are examples — not a guarantee that your result will be identical.
- Hair-restoration treatments typically take months to show full results. We will explain realistic timelines and outcomes during your consultation.
Risks and side-effects
- All cosmetic, surgical and injectable treatments carry some level of risk. Common, expected effects include temporary redness, swelling, scabbing, mild discomfort and shock-loss of existing hair.
- Less common risks include infection, scarring, uneven density, allergic reaction or unsatisfactory aesthetic outcome.
- You will be told about the specific risks of your procedure during your consultation and asked to sign an informed-consent document before we begin.
Not a substitute for emergency care
This website and our messaging channels (form, WhatsApp, phone) are not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing severe pain, heavy bleeding, signs of infection, or any other medical emergency — whether related to a treatment at our clinic or not — please call your local emergency number or go to the nearest hospital immediately.
Suitability and contraindications
Certain conditions may make a treatment unsuitable, including but not limited to: uncontrolled diabetes, bleeding disorders, active scalp infections, pregnancy and breastfeeding, certain autoimmune conditions, and ongoing chemotherapy or radiation. We will screen for these during the consultation and may recommend an alternative or postponement where appropriate.
External links and third-party content
Our website may link to third-party studies, news articles or videos for context. We are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of content hosted elsewhere.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for following the pre- and post-treatment instructions we provide, attending scheduled follow-ups, and reporting any unusual symptoms promptly. Failing to do so may affect the outcome of your treatment and the care we are able to give you.
