Agreement

By visiting our website, booking a consultation, or undergoing a treatment at N-Hance Hair Treatment Center, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use our services.

About the clinic

N-Hance Hair Treatment Center is operated from 2-A-25, Talwandi, above Dr. Rajeev Jain's Skin Clinic, Main Rangbari Road, Kota, Rajasthan 324005, India. References to "we", "us" or "the clinic" in these terms refer to N-Hance Hair Treatment Center.

Use of our website

• You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and not in any way that could damage the site or interfere with another visitor's use of it.
• All content on the website — text, images, logos, page structure — is the property of N-Hance Hair Treatment Center or its licensors, and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, copy or republish any of it without our prior written permission.
• The website is provided on an "as is" basis. We aim for uptime and accuracy but do not guarantee that the site will always be available or error-free.

Consultations and treatments

• A consultation is an opinion based on the information you share and a physical examination at the clinic. It is not a guarantee of any specific outcome.
• All cosmetic and medical treatments carry some level of risk. We will explain the risks and expected outcomes during your consultation and ask you to sign an informed-consent form before any procedure begins.
• Treatment outcomes vary from person to person depending on hair type, scalp condition, post-operative care, age, lifestyle and other clinical factors.
• You agree to provide truthful, complete information about your medical history, medications, allergies and prior treatments. Withholding information may compromise your safety and the outcome of the treatment.

Bookings, fees and payment

• Treatment fees are quoted after the consultation, based on the agreed treatment plan. Estimates given before consultation are indicative only.
• Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking the procedure. We accept cash, UPI, debit and credit cards, and no-cost EMI through our partner banks where applicable.
• Cancellation and refund terms are explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Photos and testimonials

• Clinical before/after photographs are routinely taken as part of medical record-keeping.
• We will never publish your photographs, name or testimonial in marketing material without your separate, written consent.
• If you have previously given consent and wish to withdraw it, write to us and we will remove the material from our public channels within a reasonable timeframe.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the website or our services is limited to the amount you have actually paid us for the relevant treatment. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses such as loss of income, opportunity or reputation.

Third-party links

Our website may contain links to other websites operated by third parties. We have no control over those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

Changes to these terms

Governing law
