Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

Introduction

N-Hance Hair Treatment Center ("we", "us", "the clinic") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal and medical information you share with us. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you have over your data.

This policy applies to everyone who visits our website at nhancehaircare.com, walks into our clinic at Talwandi, Kota, or contacts us by phone, WhatsApp, or email.

Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Contact details — your name, phone number, email, city, and address.
  • Appointment information — your chosen treatment, preferred date and time, message or special requirements.
  • Medical information — hair-loss history, scalp condition, allergies, current medications, prior treatments, and consultation notes. We collect this only when you book a consultation or treatment.
  • Treatment photographs — before, during, and after photos required for clinical record-keeping. These are never published without your separate written consent.
  • Payment details — limited to what is needed to process payment. We do not store full card numbers; payment gateways handle that on our behalf.
  • Website data — your IP address, browser type, pages visited, time on site, and referral source. This is collected via cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

How we use your information

  • To schedule, confirm, and conduct your consultation or treatment.
  • To maintain your medical records and provide ongoing post-treatment care.
  • To answer enquiries you send through our forms, WhatsApp, phone, or email.
  • To send appointment reminders, post-care instructions, and follow-up messages — only on the channels you have shared with us.
  • To process payments and issue receipts.
  • To improve our website and services based on anonymous usage patterns.
  • To comply with applicable medical, tax, and legal record-keeping requirements.

Who we share your information with

Your information stays inside the clinic. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. We only share information with:

  • Treating professionals at the clinic who are directly involved in your care.
  • Payment gateways and banks for processing your payments securely.
  • Service providers such as our SMS, email, and website hosting partners — only the data they need to deliver the service.
  • Government or regulatory authorities if required by law, court order, or to investigate fraud.

We never publish before/after photos, testimonials, or any identifying information without your separate, written consent.

How long we keep your data

  • Medical records are retained as long as required by applicable medical-record retention guidelines in India.
  • Marketing leads (without a treatment) are kept for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
  • Website analytics are retained in anonymised form for up to 14 months.

How we protect your data

  • Physical records are stored in locked cabinets at the clinic with access limited to authorised staff.
  • Digital records are stored on secured servers with role-based access controls and routine backups.
  • Our website uses HTTPS encryption for every page and form.
  • Staff are trained on patient confidentiality and sign confidentiality agreements as a condition of employment.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

  • See a copy of the information we hold about you.
  • Correct anything that is inaccurate or out of date.
  • Delete your information (subject to legal retention requirements for medical records).
  • Stop sending you marketing messages.
  • Withdraw any consent you have previously given for marketing photos or testimonials.

To make any of these requests, write to us at the email or phone number listed on this page.

Children

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and above. For minors, all consultations and treatments require the presence and written consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Updates to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the date of last update at the top.
